Buchheit Gardens was established to provide low-income housing for those with a variety of needs. This diverse community allows for regular interaction between tenants who have mental health conditions and those who do not, enriching the lives of all residents. This unique setup allows for MHHF to both cover operational building costs and help supplement the lower-income rents for mental health-subsidized units.
